Whatever expansion you start with is usually S tbh. From my perspective as someone who started right as legion came out, legion is peak and I also like classic for it's janky charm. WOD is the worst of course, but I actually think TBC and CATA hold up the worst after that, because they lose the magic of 1-60 while also losing the nice feeling modern mechanics that I like from retail. My ideal WoW would be modern graphics/engine jank classic leveling experience, almost as slow, where you slowly learn abilities and such. And then at max level it plays more like retail. I don't think levels serve any meaningful purpose in retail, through the main story should do is unlock the dungeons and raids account wide. Modern classic leveling would have the engine and smoothness of normal leveling without worrying at all about moderns need to slap you with 30 abilities and go mega fast. Put stuff like World Buffs in the game that would be achievable while leveling and makes you stronger, maybe even some of them useful for World bosses I think should not only be max level. This is my hottest take but I think there should be a significant incentive to level from one to Max every single expansion, whether it be something like Heritage armor or a new class. My actual hottest take might be that I think every single day a bot at blizzard should randomly change the fundamental scaling of every single ability in the game by about 10%, or more if there's a large gap between the best DPS and healers and the worst. Scaling would affect DPS healing and mitigation with the idea being that most players are slaves to The Meta and don't play with they honestly enjoy. But if you were to Nerf and buff every single class every single day it would be impossible to keep up with the meta by constantly updating what is good and what is bad. You could disable this for something like world's first or even Mythic and I would be okay with that but for the average player I want to completely remove their access to meta while allowing them to keep a damaged meter. I would even go so far as to have it lean towards the less played classes getting buffed slightly more often and the most slightly less. The last thing I would do is give you bonus RP if you had a /say conversation with someone, back and forth with one another targeted in a safe zone. You say something to them, get a half bar of rested, they reply and get a half bar and now you can say something again. I welcome people abusing this by running around Orgrimmar saying Zug Zug, anything to keep the game social.

Just started a paladin for P4, so I dont have much abilities to use right now. I have tested seal twisting, and I realized not only can you twist your seal for your auto attack, but you can actually twist your seal to unleash 2 seals with your judgment. I'm not sure if anyone knew this, but I find it very satisfying to seal twist with an auto attack and judgment a milosecond after since judgment isn't on a gcd.

11:40 The Dwarf Paladin was such an epic duel! The editing is amazing! SO good when the human pala, on the brink of death, pops bubble and prays to the gods for one final blessing. It's simply 10/10 editing, doesn't get any better than this.

Its a nerfed version of seal twisting. Honestly other than the opening macro of comand into martyr I don't think its worth it in PVE since ret paladin already has enough buttons to press. The only reason twisting was even a thing in burning crusade was because ret paladin literally only had ONE button to press which was crusader strike. SoD ret palas have enough abilities to press, not to mention melee crits reseting exorcism and whatnot, seal twisting is just not needed atm. It might be hilarious to twist as a reckoning paladin since martyr is now a baseline ability.

WoW Retail is improving, while WoW Classic is not. That's the biggest difference. Each expansion that comes out for WoW Classic makes it less Classic, which imo will slowly kill the game if they continue doing that. Seasons of Discovery and hardcore made for fresh new ways to play the game, that I thinks really good, but the fact that hardcore itself is niche, and SoD is essentially a game mode and not the Classic+ that the players wanted, I think that Classic is going to lose players over the coming years (a lot of players). WoW Retail on the other hand has completely overhauled specs/skill trees/professions, and added in a bunch of addons like bangnon/and UI mods into the base game, which they are continuing this trend in War Within with the map/icons/spell book overhaul. Dragonflying/skyflying is easily the biggest overhaul to movement and getting around in the game, and is incredibly fun. This and Warbands are going to greatly decrease the games bloat issues and start saving players a lot of time in horizontal content, but also in end game vertical grinds. While the game could use even more polish, these features/overhauls have greatly improved the game, and Classic has none of it. This is not to say Classic needs these features, but the disparity atm is that Classic is currently in Cataclysm and feels more like Retail-lite than it does Classic+. I'd rather play Remixed versions of older expansions than play Classic atm, and that's saying something.

This was all I needed to NOT play SoD anymore ahaha
